School-Based Therapy To
Improve Children's Confidence
About Peak Potential Therapy Solutions
Our Mission
At Peak Potential Therapy Solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional school-based physical therapy services that help children of all abilities achieve their best. With over a decade of experience in school-based PT, our founding therapist is passionate about improving gross motor skills and overall physical development to empower students to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we partner closely with schools to develop individualized plans that address each child’s unique needs. Our mission is to help children overcome physical challenges, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Whether a child needs support with coordination, balance, strength, or mobility, Peak Potential Therapy Solutions is here to provide expert guidance and compassionate care. We aim to foster a positive, nurturing environment where children feel motivated to work towards their goals and succeed.
Services
In-Person
Our in-person school-based physical therapy services offer hands-on support tailored to each student's needs, conducted in a familiar school environment. Therapists work closely with students to improve mobility, strength, and functional skills through engaging activities, ensuring they can fully participate in school and daily life.
Telehealth
Our telehealth physical therapy services provide students with convenient access to specialized care from the comfort of their homes. Using virtual sessions, therapists deliver personalized interventions, offer guidance on exercises, and collaborate with families to support each child's physical development and well-being.
At Peak Potential Therapy Solutions, the slide in our logo holds special meaning. It’s more than just a playground symbol—it represents the journey every child takes as they strive to reach their personal peak. The climb up a slide requires effort, determination, and support—just like the process of overcoming physical challenges. For some children, that climb might involve walking, using a wheelchair, or adaptive equipment, but no matter how they make their way up, every step forward is a victory.

The slide embodies the idea that every child’s journey is unique. Just as reaching the top of a slide brings a sense of accomplishment and joy, we aim to empower each child to achieve their own milestones, big or small. And once they’ve reached their peak, the ride down is a celebration of all the hard work and progress they’ve made.

The slide in our logo is a reminder that with the right support and encouragement, every child can reach new heights—no matter the obstacles. It’s a symbol of hope, growth, and the potential that lies within every child.
Meet The Owner & Therapist
Brianne Roth, PT, DPT
Brianne Roth has always had a passion for physical therapy, a calling that became even stronger after experiencing two ACL tears and a meniscus tear during her youth. Initially, she pursued a career in outpatient orthopedics, inspired by her desire to work with athletes. However, her career took an unexpected and rewarding turn when she began working in a school system in metro-Atlanta, providing physical therapy to students with special needs.

It was in this setting that Brianne discovered her true passion: pediatrics. She fell in love with the dynamic, multidisciplinary approach of school-based therapy, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavior analysts, school psychologists, teachers, and paraprofessionals. Together, they work towards one common goal—the success and well-being of each child.
Each child Brianne works with leaves a lasting impact on her, and she is deeply committed to making a positive difference in their lives. Inspired by her experiences, she followed her lifelong dream of owning her own business, with the mission to share her knowledge, talents, and passion with fellow therapists, families, students, and school districts across the region.
